Description of work:
We need to update the Wi-fi controllers which govern our access points, which in turn provide Wi-fi access across the campus (and beyond). There are five controllers, each connected to certain buildings.
We’ll update each controller in turn and each update will take up to an hour. During this time, you won’t be able to use the Wi-fi in the buildings connected to that controller.
The wired network will continue to work throughout the day.
If you’re concerned that the Wi-fi in your building will be affected at an important time, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Date / time:
Tuesday 18 December 2018, 08:00 - 16:00
Is this work likely to cause disruption?
