Security threat: tax refund email, 6 December 2018

Please take care with any email claiming to be about a tax refund. The subject line will be ANNUAL TAX REFUND or something similar. It has a distinctive layout, with lines of text that look like this:

These emails contain a malicious pdf attachment. Please don’t open it and just delete the email when it arrives.
If you ever receive an email like this which you think might be genuine, ignore the email itself and contact the provider using an email address or phone number listed on their website.
