The system that we use to log into services like Canvas, Box and Microsoft Office is being upgraded to become more resilient.

Disruption is expected. You will not be able to log into the services below for approximately 10 minutes, but they should be considered at risk for the full hour. If you’ve logged in to these services before work begins, you shouldn’t be affected.
What will you notice while this work is carried out?
During this time, you won’t be able to establish new connections to the services below.
Why are we doing this work?
To make the authentication system behind these services more resilient.
