Connectivity issues affecting Kings Road

Metranet, the company who supply connectivity to Kings Road residences have contacted us alerting us to connectivity issues that are currently affecting Kings Road residences.
An electrical fire affecting the electricity supply to equipment that provides connectivity to Kings Road has caused connectivity issues to users in Kings Road residences. For clarity, the electrical fire took place at Sussex Heights, a point of presence used by our supplier, not at the Kings Road residences.
Metranet will be providing updates as they become available.
Latest updates:
- Emergency services have attended Sussex Heights and dealt with the electrical fire
- Electricians are now in attendance to restore power.

Power has been restored to the equipment at Sussex Heights and full connectivity has been restored to Kings Road.
