As the university campus has reopened, most IT
Services are available. The Enquiries and Help
Desk in
Shawcross are closing at 3pm but the computer cluster is accessible as usual using the 24-hour keypad. If you have any enquiries you can contact IT Services
through the website if you need to report a fault or make a request. As ever, information is also available online in our online help desk and guides.
Other PC clusters across campus should be open and network services, including e-mail, eduroam and ResNet should be available as normal. Any changes to the situation will be announced here. Please also check the university main page Latest Staff News for campus-wide developments.
