Acrobat DC is missing the 'Fill & Sign' Option

The Fill & Sign option may be missing if the application language is set to something other than English. Follow these steps to set the application language:

1. Start Adobe Acrobat DC
2. Click Edit in the menu bar.
3. Click Preferences.
4. Click Language in the Categories list.
5. Under Application Language choose 'Same as Operating System' from the drop-down menu.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click File > Exit Application.
8. Now start Acrobat DC again.
9. The Fill & Sign option should be visible on the Tools page.
