Resetting passwords in Sussex Direct is currently unavailable.
In the meantime, you can try to view your saved password using the following guidance:
1. Open a web browser window and click the three dots in top-right corner to open a drop-down box.
2. Click 'Settings'.
3. On the left of the window;
a. Chrome users - Select 'Autofill' and then click 'Password Manager'.
b. Edge users - Select 'Profiles' and then click 'Passwords'.
4. Next to a list of websites will be their respective passwords that are currently hidden.
5. To show the password;
a. Chrome users - Click the small '>' arrow to the right.
b. Edge users - Click the small eye icon.
6. You will be prompted to enter your Windows password (the one used to log into your PC).
7. The password will then appear.
If you still can't find your Sussex IT password;
The service counter in Shawcross and the phone lines are open from 09:00–13:00 and 14:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
