2933How do I resolve issues with joining a Microsoft Teams External meeting such as with University of Brighton.
If you need to be added to an external Microsoft Teams Team or meeting please ensure you provide them with your alphanumeric email address ie ab123@sussex.ac.uk Your other email address is an alias which Teams will not accept.
University of Brighton have specific information on their site Troubleshooting External and Guest Access to Teams and External users in Microsoft Teams
If you have been invited to an External Team you can switch accounts using the Profile Menu, select Accounts and Orgs and choose the correct organisation.
