I keep being asked to log in to Adobe applications on my Sussex computer, how do I resolve this?


If you use software from the Adobe Creative Cloud on a Sussex PC or Mac (for example Acrobat DC, Photoshop, InDesign or Premiere Pro), you will be asked to sign in to confirm that you're a member of the University.

In some cases, you will be asked to sign in again, even if you enter your correct details.  This will prevent you from using the software.
