How do I reconnect my iPhone or iPad when the Wi-Fi certificate changes?

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you will get a security warning when the new Radius security certificate is applied on 1 August.

Please don't just press Trust, but instead press More Details and check that this information is present:

  • Check that the certificate was issued by QuoVadis EV SSL ICA G3
  • At the bottom of the Details page, check that the SHA-1 fingerprint starts with 79 4f and ends in 21 12
  • Check that the organisation info looks similar to this:
