Nvivo crashes when starting the program

Problem - Nvivo crashes and fails to start when launched on a university computer.

Solution - Please try the following to resolve the issue:

  1. Open explorer
  2. In the address bar type: %appdata% and hit enter
  3. Delete the QSR_International folder
  4. Try Nvivo again
