SMART Notebook 'My Gallery' content missing in version 16.

Due to changes made in the newer version of the Notebook software, the location for My Gallery has changed.

Please follow these steps to copy any gallery items you saved to the new location:

  1. Close SMART Notebook, if open
  2. Copy and paste this location into a File Explorer window: "N:\WindowsSettings\AppData\Roaming\SMART Technologies Inc\Gallery"
  3. Copy the My Content folder to: Home Share\Smart\My Content
  4. If prompted choose 'Replace the file in the destination'
  5. Start SMART Notebook and check My Gallery
