2801Missing dll Error when Launching Adobe Creative Cloud App
Problem:
You receive the following error when launching an Adobe Creative Cloud application:
"The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
Solution:
Open Software Center
In the Software Center window click 'Visual C++ 2015'
Click the Install button
THe progress of the install is shown on the Installation Status page
Once installed, try the Adobe application again
