Problem:
You may find that Chrome will not run Java, Silverlight and other browser plugins. For example Chrome will not work for Central Database (Yellow Forms) access.
Background:
Google decided to drop support for the NPAPI framework in Chrome, which supports certain browser plugins. This means that version 42 or newer of Chrome will no longer be able to load some plugins, including Java and Silverlight.
Solution:
The Internet Explorer browser can be used to access sites that require plugins.
Further background about NPAPI in Chrome can be found on this here.
