No, you will need to use a cable or Bluetooth connection between your printer and computer,
There is wi-fi in the campus bedrooms but it's not possible to connect one device to another using the campus wi-fi network. (This is often the case in larger networks at Universities and colleges in order to give users more protection.)
There are many printers on the campus though - including in York House and Northfield Social Area in the residences, where you can print documents straight from a laptop.
