2500Why have I lost some of my windows settings since changing my password?
If you change your password on one of the campus PCs, it is possible that some settings changes made during the current session will not be saved.
Only changes to some types of settings (such as changes to the Windows Registry) from the current login session will be lost: once you log off and then log back on, you will be able to change settings as normal.
