The purchase of AV equipment systems is subject to guidelines laid down by the University's Procurement Office.
AV suppliers/integrators are approved by the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium following a national pre-tendering process.
Please contact the Procurement Office for an up-to-date list of SUPC-approved suppliers/integrators.
We would advise that before committing to any purchase you should first discuss your AV needs with the proposed supplier/s, arranging a site visit whenever appropriate.
