How do I change the picture in my Sussex web profile?

You can change the web profile picture in Sussex Direct.

Staff should check the University guidance on writing a staff profile.

(This facility is available to Undergraduate Students during the registration period only, and staff or PGR Students at any time.)

1. Log in to Sussex Direct and click the Personal tab.
2. Click on Personal Details in the drop-down menu.
3. Click Upload Photo in the title bar of the Your Personal Details window.
   
   
4. You will now have the option to locate and upload a new digital picture. The picture MUST be in JPEG (.jpg) format.  Click the Browse button.
5. Locate and open the picture you wish to upload.
6. Click Save.
   
   
   
   
7. The picture should shortly appear in your profile.  This may not happen immediately.
   If the picture does not appear within a couple of days then contact the University Web Team.

Some Research Students can create their web profile through Sussex Direct, Personal Menu choosing Web Profile and then using the Sign Up option.
