By default, Study Direct automatically sends an email receipt to a student's Sussex email account whenever they submit a quiz activity. We recommend that you encourage students to look for these email receipts as confirmation that they have completed assigned work.
However, some students have chosen to opt-out of receiving emails from Study Direct, and so do not receive these emails.
We recommend that you encourage all students to check that their study direct email is activated
