PGR Services Forum
Professional services colleagues across the University work with and for postgraduate researchers (PGRs). The PGR Services Forum - run in collaboration with colleagues from the Division for the Student Experience - brings these colleagues together to share information, insights and best practice, to consult and generate ideas, and to celebrate and troubleshoot, all with a view to raising the visibility of and enhancing the PGR experience.
Purpose
By bringing together faculty- and centrally-based PGR-focussed professional services colleagues, the PGR Services Forum aims to build connection on PGR matters between professional services teams and functions across the University. An informal structure, it sits underneath the PGR governance structure, and in parallel with the forum for Directors for PGRs (or equivalent roles; the academic leads for PGR in academic units). The group meets in-person 3-4 times a year.

Colleagues wishing to submit an item for presentation at a PGR Services Forum should contact researcher-school@sussex.ac.uk in good time before the meeting at which they wish their item to be presented.
