Biography
Biography
Carol gained her first degree in Natural Science at Sussex followed by a Masters in Public Policy for Science, Technology and Innovation at SPRU (Science Policy Research Unit) She has recently submitted a doctoral thesis focusing upon student motivation and attitudinal and behavioural change in educational settings. Having previously taught in the FE College of Art and Technology, she has now taken up a post as a Tutorial Fellow in Organisational Behaviour for the School of Business and Management teaching modules on Information Systems, and Critical Perspectives and Issues on Management and Organisations, and extends her study findings to the organisational field.
As an Associate Editor for ‘Excursions’ the University’s own peer-reviewed on-line journal, she is also keen to promote a critical thinking and reading approach in students towards their studies.
