Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated highly motivated individual to join the HR Systems & Reporting team. You will be a motivated self-starter able to organise and prioritise your workload. Confident with IT systems and applications you will have excellent communication skills in order to support colleagues with queries and provide information. The HR Systems & Reporting team are responsible for maintaining and improving the current HR and Payroll systems. We are at the start of our HR Digital Transformation programme, and this is an exciting opportunity to join us at the start of that journey.
Working with the HR Systems & Reporting team your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the testing and implementation of new modules within the system
- Routinely checking the data for accuracy
- Answering queries from staff within the department and across the University
- Assisting with the training of all staff across the University when a new process is introduced
- Updating the MyView website on WCM
- Supporting with the HR Digital Transformation programme where needed
