The Student Data team supports the maintenance and management of the Student Records Database. As part of our annual cycle, our team is responsible for the organisation of the annual Registration event and assisting the annual Graduation events. We are here to support staff with their student data needs and are able to fulfil requests through:

• Design and production of one off data reports
• Design and production of standard lists and reports for publication as Web Reports

We have a large number of existing web reports available which can be accessed through Cognos and are searchable using key words such as, current student, modules, courses etc… We are able to provide student statistics including those used for Periodic Reviews and Teaching Quality Assessments.
