Our guide on how to use the online booking system. Use it to book classes and courts or to buy memberships.
Accessing the system for current public and alumni members
If you are accessing the new system for the first time you will need to reset your password. To do this use the link here and go to login. Go straight to the 'Forgotten Password' link, no need to add any information on this initial screen. You will then be asked for your email address. Please use the email address that we have on our system for you. You will then need to follow the instructions on your screen and email to set up a new password.
Please note your password needs to fulfil the following requirements:
- 8 characters
- an uppercase letter
- a lowercase letter and a numeral
- symbols are optional
If you're having difficulty booking online, get in touch with our reception by phoning us on 01273 678228, or email us so that we can help.
Please note that bookings can only be cancelled online, via the telephone (voicemails are not accepted) or in person at either reception. You cannot cancel bookings via email. 24-hours notice of any cancellation is required to avoid arrears being incurred.

How to book a class
- Select book a class
- If you have selected favourites, these will automatically show in this screen, ready for you to book
- To book all other classes, select all classes
- You can search for specific classes, choose from our categories of classes or by class date
- Click on the class you want to book and this will be added to your basket
- To book a court select 'Book A Court', choose activity and location and select a time slot from the available options
To cancel a class/court booking
- Select 'manage my activities' from the home screen
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- You will now see a box letting you know if there is a cancellation fee or it is within the cancellation range
- Click on cancel booking to complete the process
