Access to Marked Exam Scripts
Principles and general outline of the feedback sessions
- The marker (or a colleague) gives feedback and answers the student’s questions.
- Marks cannot be changed; these meetings are an opportunity to receive feedback.
- The scripts stay with the lecturer; students are not allowed to take their scripts away, or copy them/take pictures.
- Students can only see the scripts individually, not in a group.
- Access to exam scripts is only possible within a defined, limited time frame after the release of marks.
Apointments should be made by contacting the lecturer directly. Convenors should then set up a Zoom link and share it with the student when viewing online exams. Convenors should arrange a time to meet students when viewing in-person exam scripts. The script should be screenshared by the convenor. The student should not take screenshots or screen record while the paper is being shared with them.

Lecturers: What do I have to do?
