Pour la Société d'Électrotechnique Industrielle et de Bobinage, croissance et qualité sont deux objectifs indissociables. Cette PMI Picarde est spécialisée dans la réparation et la maintenance électrotechnique et électronique de toutes les machines tournantes industrielles (moteurs électriques, électropompes, motoréducteurs). Déjà bien présente en Picardie et en région parisienne, elle vient d'ouvrir un nouveau site à Amiens. C'est là qu'elle a choisi d'implanter également sa filiale Electance, spécialisée dans la maintenance électronique.		For SEIBO (Industrial and coil electrotechnics company) growth and quality are two integral objectives. This SME from Picardy is specialised in the electrotechnical and electrical maintenance and reparation of all industrial revolving machines (electrical motors, electrical pumps). Already present in the Picardy and Parisian regions, it has just opened a new site in Amiens. It is here that it has also chosen to locate its subsidiary Electance, specialised in electrical maintenance.

Les atouts techniques de l'entreprise sont de taille : seul fabricant de transformateurs basse tension en Picardie, seule société à disposer d'un équipement de magnétisation/démagnétisation dans le Nord de la France. Au service d'une clientèle exigeante (les services maintenances des plus gros producteurs de la région : Continental, BASF, St Gobain, Nestle, Alcatel et bien d'autres), la politique en matière de qualité renforce le savoir-faire de l'entreprise.		The company's technical assets are considerable: it is the only manufacturer of low tension transformers in Picardy, and the only company to dispose of magnetisation/demagnetisation equipment in the North of France. SEIBO's expertise is reinforced through its provision of services to a demanding clientele (maintenance services to the biggest producers in the region: Continental, BASF, St Gobain, Nestle, Alcatel and many others), and through its policy on quality.

Certifiée ISO 9002 depuis 1998, SEIBO est lauréate du Prix français de la qualité 2000, qui récompense la stratégie générale de l'entreprise en matière de qualité (objectifs, maîtrise, mesure, amélioration) ainsi que l'écoute du client et la participation du personnel. Des mesures de formation interne poussées constituent un élément central du développement de cette PMI à la pointe de son secteur dans la région.		A certified ISO 9002 company since 1998, SEIBO was the winner of the French Prize for quality in 2000. This prize rewards the general strategy of the company in terms of quality (objectives, management, measure, improvement) as well as for its listening to the client and its personnel participation. Internal training measures constitute a central element to the development of this SME's leading edge of its sector in the region.
