This module focuses on certain aspects of commercial contract law not covered in the core L4 Contract Law module which are of practical importance to modern contract lawyers. Broadly, half of the module covers drafting commercial contracts, including an analysis of some of the key terms and boilerplate provisions that feature in commercial contracts, and the other half covers the approach of the courts to issues of contractual interpretation.
