The UK, as well as much of the world economy, is dominated by services. It's almost a certainty that you will be earning your living – directly or indirectly – creating and delivering services.
This module will equip you with the knowledge of the main services marketing related theories and concepts and with critical understanding of how these theories apply in practice. You'll learn what's involved in delivering quality service and good customer experiences and how to become a better, more aware service manager and customer.

- Understand what is meant by a good service and a good customer experience
- Identify and understand the main theories in services marketing
- Critically evaluate the ways in which theory can be practically applied to a range of service settings
- Develop alternative approaches that can be adopted to manage service quality and customer experience
