This module aims to develop knowledge and skills in relation to the law of business organisations including the formation and constitution of business organisations, the financing of companies and the management, administration and regulation of companies.

• Evaluate the different forms and constitutions of business organisations
• Crtically compare and contrast types of capital and the financing of companies
• Critically evaluate how companies are managed, administered and regulated
• Recognise the legal implications relating to companies in difficulty or in crisis
