Climate change is a defining issue of our time. But despite clear evidence, climate action continues to be contested.
On this module, designed for students from all backgrounds, you’ll learn the fundamental facts of climate change from Sussex researchers at the forefront of international climate science. You’ll cover climate change’s causes, impacts and potential responses.
When you complete this module, you’ll:
- be equipped with the latest climate change knowledge, delivered in an accessible way
- have the appropriate tools to understand the basics of climate science
- see the intersections of climate change with your main subject
- be able to challenge climate denial wherever you encounter it.
