Two scholarships are available to students currently studying at the Asian University for Women (AUW) in Bangladesh and progressing to an eligible Masters course at the University of Sussex.
You are not eligible for this scholarship if you already have another Sussex scholarship such as the Chancellors Masters Scholarship or Sussex Graduate Scholarship)
You are also not eligible for this scholarship if you are going to study the following courses:
Postgraduate diplomas (including CPE Common Professional Examination)
Corruption, Law and Governance LLM (delivered in Qatar)
Development Studies MA
Early Years in Education MA
Globalisation, Business and Development MA
Governance, Development and Public Policy MA
Power, Participation and Social Change MA
Poverty and Development MA
Masters degrees in Social Work (if receiving a NHS bursary)
PGCE courses
Schools direct teaching courses
any Masters funded by the research councils (such as if you receive ESRC 1+3 funding)

How to apply
To apply for the scholarship, you are required to provide the following:
·Statement of intent/motivation letter (no more than 1200 words), elaborating your candidacy for the scholarship and indicating which Masters course you have received an offer for
·your most recent AUW transcript
·resume (no longer than 2 pages)
·a copy of your offer letter from the University of Sussex

To be considered for the scholarship, you will need to have accepted an offer of a place on an eligible Masters course. Apply for a Masters at Sussex at www.sussex.ac.uk/study/masters/apply.
