Research Collaboration Advice Team (RCAT)
The Research Collaboration Advice Team (RCAT) is a collaboration between the UK government and academia to provide research institutions with official advice about the national security risks linked to international research. Its aim is to help ensure researchers’ work is protected, and that the UK research sector remains open and secure.
RCAT can be contacted for advice via the University’s Export Controls Manager who acts as the nominated institutional point of contact for Sussex: exportcontrols@sussex.ac.uk
