We invite you to celebrate with us the joys of reggae music. Take a day to appreciate the guidance and beauty that one music genre has to offer us; get your soul comfy, your feet skanking, and your hands sketching and crafting, with some recycled materials (or painting, or collaging, or glue-gunning)...
Taking rastafarian cultural values, as promoted in reggae-music, as our inspiration - we turn to the mediums of dance and art to create a warming space of learning, loving and community. Explore local artists’ wonderful creations, make your own art, dance like you’ve got ten pairs of feet, learn something new about a genre you may already love or know nothing about, have a good cuppa and a chill with some great tunes and friendly folk to accompany you. Whatever it is you’re feeling in this big world, let’s embrace it with sketching and with skanking; reggae holds the answer.
Big love, see you there! Xx
