Do you plan events or bid to bring conferences to the University of Sussex or Brighton? From small events to large conferences, the University’s Space with US team, is here to help make your event a success.
Come and meet us
You are invited to join us and learn more about how we can support your event.
In collaboration with Visit Brighton, we are hosting a free familiarisation event so that you can learn more about the services on offer:

Visit Brighton: find out how Visit Brighton can support your event

Pendragon: meet the new localteam building company who can offer a fun alternative to the usual team building activities

Free samples: free hot drinks and food tasters will be on offer
Join us on the day and you’ll also have a chance to win some fantastic prizes kindly donated by Brighton Harbour Hotel, Upside Down House, Permit Room and Malmaison Brighton.
The familiarisation event will take place on Thursday 22 May 2025, 11am to 3pm, in Bramber House, Floor 3, Gallery Room 2. To register your interest, please email SpaceWithUs@sussex.ac.uk by Friday 9 May 2025.
