In January and February we have moved into our Grow theme, delivering workshops to get you thinking about your personal effectiveness and career plans.
Engaging with these trainings essential for postgraduate researchers aiming to enhance their personal effectiveness and career planning. These sessions, aligned with the second domain of the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (Personal Effectiveness), and cover topics such as maintaining productivity in academic writing and addressing perfectionism and imposter phenomenon.
Participating in these workshops provides valuable strategies to navigate common challenges in the research journey, thereby fostering both personal and professional growth.
