Research

Her research focuses on policy processes and institutional underpinnings of development.  She has worked on issues related to poverty and basic public services and taxation of the informal economy.  Her current research interests focus on collective action, social accountability and service delivery as well as understanding bureaucratic performance.  She has experience of consulting for bilateral and multilateral agencies, and leading large multi-country research projects.
