Research

Philip's research interests include socio-legal and empirical perspectives on cross-border and comparative family law. Philip has conducted comparative research on same-sex parenting in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Philip is also interested in exploring areas where tort law, family law and medical law overlap, particularly with relation to children.
