Don’t worry, you’re definitely not alone! Finding a healthy digital balance for our families is difficult in an online world.
In this one hour webinar, Katie Bradbury will show you how your family can successfully unplug for a week or a weekend and thrive without screens. She’ll talk you through some of the benefits and give you everything you need to make the screen-free week or weekend a success. Katie will also share how you can shape some new family digital habits if you wish to.
- Explore some common screen related issues and worries for families
- Reflect on what better screen time habits might look like for your family
- Identify approaches and strategies to enable your family to successfully unplug for a week or weekend
- Create your own mini action plan
