Hospitaility and Gifts Declaration
Records of any offers of hospitality or gifts should be kept throughout the academic year by each School or Professional Services Division for annual collection by the Governance Office using the form below.
The form below should not be used to seek permission to accept an offer of hospitality or gifts or to inform someone of the offer. Written permission must be obtained in advance of accepting any offer by the appropriate authority as outlined on the previous page.
