Starting a Project with IT Services
The Business Relations team will be able to advise you on appropriate escalation routes for your initiative.
Please contact them on ITSBusinessRelations@sussex.ac.uk. Prior to getting in touch it would be helpful to consider:
- Consider what benefits can be expected if the project is agreed and delivered
- Consider what effects there might be if the project is not undertaken
- Determine whether you have management "buy in" for the initiative
- Confirm how the project will be funded
- Likely timescales for the project
- Consider the human resources likely to be required, and whether they are available within the proposed timescales.
