Whether you are experiencing menopausal symptoms or looking to support someone who is, these pages are here to help. Let's all talk about the menopause so that everyone feels able to thrive at Sussex in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

Your mind and body will go through some significant changes before, during and after the menopause. For many, these changes can have a detrimental impact on daily life which can be extremely challenging and stressful. It can be hard to navigate your way around symptoms and know where to go for help.

According to a 2022 survey, there are 62 Menopause symptoms so its vital that everyone has access to information to find the right support for them.
