Doctoral researcher's "Without You" experiment
School of Media, Film and Music doctoral researcher Daniel Hignell-Tully recently featured in a Sussex news item after he took to the streets of Brighton on a Saturday night holding a placard with the song lyrics "I can't live, if living is without you", prompting a range of responses from the public.

The experiment, inspired by Daniel's research into different ways of encouraging public performance, was captured on film and featured in the International Conference on Live Interfaces which took place at Sussex at the end of June.
