Online resources for doctoral researchers
Technology Enhanced Learning
This month, Anne Hole, Learning Technologist in the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team, featured in our ‘What do you do?’ section. She suggested researchers take a look at the TEL webpages to find out about more about learning technologies at Sussex.
There’s lots of information relevant to doctoral researchers to be discovered on these webpages, including an A-Z of apps for teaching and learning, from Animoto - where you can create and share videos and slideshows online, to Zotero – a research tool that helps you to collect, cite, organise and share your sources.
If you’re an Associate Tutor at Sussex, you might also be interested in taking a look at the Learning Technologies pages to find out about all sorts of useful tools you can use within your teaching. From making use of the facilities in teaching rooms such as interactive whiteboards, lecture capture, and web conferencing, to utilising polling and response systems to engage your students and making the most of Study Direct in your teaching.
