This week, we teamed up with the University's Sustainable Travel Advisor, Monika Farkas, to provide a 'Learn to Ride' staff workshop aimed at cycling beginners. Attendees had the opportunity to either learn the basics of riding with Monika, or go out into Falmer with Sussexsport's Ben Ospalak to learn some best practice and get used to road cycling.

Monika said: "After only one 90 minute session it was amazing to see how they were all cycling on their own with a smile on their face".
