Our staff survey is open until Friday 13 May - and we want to hear from you about your experience of working at Sussex.
In addition to the core engagement questions, our spring survey also explores issues of equality, diversity and inclusion, and a sense of belonging. As mentioned by David Ruebain, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Culture, Equality & Inclusion) in his recent update, your thoughts and feedback will help us understand where we need to improve in order to build a more equal Sussex, so if you haven’t already done so, please take five minutes to complete the survey.
If you joined the University after 12 March 2022, you will not receive a link to the survey this time, but will be invited to take part in the next pulse survey in autumn 2022.
If you joined Sussex before 12 March 2022, but haven’t received an email with your unique link then please contact our survey provider, People Insight, via email at admin@peopleinsight.co.uk, and they will be able to send it to you.
