Canvas module templates
Canvas module templates are a collection of template Canvas pages and module settings for your module site. The content of the templates are agreed by schools and it is compulsory that a school approved template is used for all modules.
The templates are designed to ensure:
- all necessary information is clearly available in your module site
- there is consistency for students studying across different modules and Schools
- module sites are accessible to all
Your schools will be making decisions about their approach to templating of modules. This will be coordinated by the schools' Director's of Teaching and Learning.
The schools have advised that the following templates have been approved:
- Central Foundation Year
- School of Education and Social work
- Initial Teacher Education (Department of Education PGCE)
- Institute of Development Studies
- School of Engineering and Informatics
- School of Global Studies
- School of Law, Politics and Sociology
- School of Life Sciences
- School of Life Sciences - Pharmacy
- School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences
- School of Media, Arts and Humanities
- University of Sussex Business School
