The PhD in Engineering

Possible doctoral level study and research is possible in advanced digital communication techniques for mobile and wireless communication systems.  This includes multiuser communications, multiple access techniques, collaborative communications, multiantenna systems (MIMO), error correction coding, multicarrier modulation, medium access control, real time wireless sensor networks, ad-hoc networks, and video coding.
