Sport Centre

The Sport Centre offers the following:

  • Two multi-purpose sports halls (for badminton, table tennis, basketball, football etc)
  • Fitness room, which is also our indoor group cycling room where we teach a number of classes throughout the week
  • Indoor cricket nets
  • Four glass-backed championship squash courts
  • Dance and martial arts studio
  • Therapy room
  • Sports injury clinic

The Sport Centre and the Falmer Sports Complex sell grips, shuttlecocks, squash balls, tennis balls, small towels and other items for general play.

The main shop is located at the Sport Centre, which stocks a wide range of squash rackets ranging in price from £20 to £60 and badminton rackets ranging in price from £10 to £40.

Terms and conditions

  • All facilities can be booked by calling either Sport Centre Reception on (01273) 678228 or Falmer Sports Complex Reception on (01273) 877125.
  • Some facilities can also be booked online (depending on your type of membership).
  • 24 hours notice of cancellation (from your booking time) is required in order to move or cancel bookings. Failure to give sufficient notice will mean that the whole booking fee will be charged.
  • Bookings or cancellations cannot be made via email.
