Sandy is currently the Acting Assistant Director,  Client Services and leads the Client Service Support team within the Client Services Group in [IT Services].

As Assistant Director she is part of the IT Services Management team. She is responsible for the provision of user level support in ITS to all University members, and manages the teams that deliver and maintain customer-facing ITS to students and staff.
