Biography

Denice Penrose is an experienced administrator, who enjoys organising and facilitating research. She has a wide range of skills and experience, and has at various times worked as an English Teacher, lecturer, Senior Manager, Book keeper, Event Manager, Consultant, Library Manager and Information Technologist.

She has a Masters in Information Science, a Bachelors in the Arts (English, Psychology and Library Science),A Bachelors in Theology, and is a chartered Librarian. 

Denice works part time for the University of Sussex, and in her other roles, teaches English online to people in China, is a freelance writer and consultant. 

Role

Denice Penrose is the Project Administrator for the BBC Connected Histories project, led by Prof David Hendy.

Denice is also a Research Support Administrator in the Research Development Team.
